Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch.  The grounds were immaculate and just like the photos.  The play room was the perfect gathering place for our grandkids, with so many activity options.  The ensuite bathrooms for each family member's room was exactly what I was looking for.  The fire pit area was used morning and night and many smores were cooked. The rushing sound of the river was so soothing and the kids absolutely loved rafting and fly fishing each day.  Our only disappointment was the inconsistent water pressure and lack of hot water for the first 5 days.  We didn't call about it because the signs posted said low pressure due to well water.  After we finally addressed the issue to our hosts, they promptly sent over someone to check out the filter, & cleaned it out. The problem was solved.  I would just suggest doing that before each new guest arrives.  Our enjoyment would have been off the charts and frustrations diminished.  Overall, we loved this home.

Mindy was the most amazing help on our stay here! We had a beautiful wedding and had everything put together so easily. She was attentive and help throughout the whole process! The venue is gorgeous and all of our guests were so impressed at how amazing the views were. Perfect weather around this time of year as well! The leaves were still colorful and I didn’t even need a jacket for my wedding dress. This place was absolutely perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony. Our bridal party had the best time being together all weekend and the place was so clean and housed everybody comfortably! My only minor issue was trash at the end of the stay. Only four bins  for the whole weekend for all of our wedding trash but we managed to make it fit! There is a lot of local places to drop off trash in the area, so very minor issue! But overall amazing stay and highly recommend!!

Our group had a 5 star experience and the place offered everything we were hoping for our large group that was celebrating a birthday. The multiple private bedrooms/bathrooms, open kitchen/living room areas, parking spaces, and game room were perfect. The view of the river and mountains was stunning and available from all areas of the house. We look forward to staying at this property in the future.

Look no further for your large group than this house right here! Pictures don't do it justice. it is cozy and expansive at the same time. unbelievably gorgeous vistas. The media room is GREAT if you want to watch movies apes ski....and if you don't well, the easy-to-operate fire pit or hot tub might do it for you. We're already planning next year's trip. AMAZING!!

This house is INCREDIBLE! No joke we were blown away from the moment we pulled onto the property! Please beware.. the pictures don’t do this home justice! It’s much bigger & way nicer than an ordinary airbnb! Melanie was very responsive throughout our stay. The home sits on a very private piece of property that backs up to a river & beautiful mountain. The views are breathtaking! We for sure will be booking this home again for our next trip!  Do your family, friends, whoever you’re traveling with a favor & BOOK THIS HOUSE! You won’t regret it!
